Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Before sharing check-in info, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
Property Access
- The unit is located in Building 5 on the fourth floor.
- All resort buildings are equipped with elevators. Units are wheelchair accessible (features include smooth pathway, wide clearance to bed and shower, step-free access, wide doorways, and common space step-free access).
Policies and Rules
- GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER
- Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
- We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
- Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
- No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
- SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED – (IT IS A RESORT POLICY)
- NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
- Absolutely no house parties.
- Trailer and car hauler parking is strictly prohibited, but alternative arrangements can be made through property management.
- It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
- Tenant agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
- Tenant agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
Fees and Payments
- A $250 security deposit will be held on your credit card for any damages after your stay.
- Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
- Reservation does not include expenses and items not mentioned, such as transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, and other items of a personal nature.
Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy
- If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
- All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.
- The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
- The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond their control.
Parking Information
- Free parking available.
- Trailer or car hauler parking is strictly prohibited, but alternative arrangements can be made through property management.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet), cable TV, and local phone service are provided.
- Sheets and towel sets are provided for your stay, along with a clothes washing machine and dryer in the unit. An iron and ironing board are included.
- A single-use box of detergent is provided. Bring extra if you plan on doing more laundry.
- The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, stove/oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking basics are provided.
- The outdoor pool is heated seasonally (April and May, weather dependent). The indoor pool is heated year-round. The pools are community/shared.
- Other amenities include picnic spots, outdoor grills (in designated areas), and a quarter-mile walking trail (park/nature trail). Outdoor activities include tetherball, volleyball, horseshoes, playgrounds, basketball, and shuffleboard.
Safety and Emergency Information
- The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.
- Tenant assumes all risk of damage to personal property (Landlord and Tenant), including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
- Tenant assumes associated risks and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
